At Perfumance, we want our customers to have a positive experience with every fragrance purchase. We carefully prepare and package our products before shipment to customers in Japan.

Because fragrances are personal-use products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return when:

• The wrong product was sent.

• The product arrives damaged.

• The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

• The product received is substantially different from the product ordered.

Return requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order.

2. Fragrance and Personal-Care Products

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened, used, sprayed, or partially used fragrance products may generally not be eligible for return unless the product is defective or the wrong product was supplied.

Products should remain in their original condition and packaging when a return is requested.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Opened or used perfume or fragrance products.

• Products damaged through improper handling or use after delivery.

• Products without their original packaging where the packaging is necessary for return assessment.

• Products returned outside the applicable return period.

• Products purchased as final sale or clearance items, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

4. How to Request a Return

Please include:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Product name

• Reason for the return

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

• Any other information reasonably required to assess the issue

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if the request is approved.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly.

Please keep the original product packaging and delivery materials until the issue has been reviewed. We may request photographs or other information to verify the condition of the shipment.

If the issue was caused by an error on our part, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

6. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is required because we sent the wrong product or the product arrived damaged or defective, Perfumance will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.

For other types of approved returns, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

8. Exchanges

If the requested replacement is unavailable, Perfumance may offer a refund or another appropriate solution.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
